• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• In case of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking).
• COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
• Online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed until payment is received.

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 1–3 business days.
• Delivery charges apply for orders below ₹499. Free delivery above this amount.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (weather, strikes, etc.).
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Re-delivery may attract additional charges.

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately after placing the order.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. Refer to our Return Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

• We strive to provide fresh, quality products. Descriptions and images are for reference only.
• Minor variations in colour, size, or weight are normal for natural products.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
