1. Shipping Charges

2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 1–2 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 2–3 business days
- Rural / Remote areas: 3–5 business days
- Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions.
3. Same-Day Dispatch
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends / public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the AWB / tracking number.
- You can track your order at Track Order on our website.
- If no tracking update appears within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If unavailable, the order may be held at the nearest courier hub.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
6. Damaged / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Take photos / video at the time of receiving the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
